I was out with my good friend yesterday. We were feeling really bored and wanted to kill time, thus we decided to watch a movie. We were suppose to watch some thriller movie but because there wasn't any available time slot, we settled for Hancock.
I heard the show was okay, and I just wanted to watch something to entertain myself. The starting was really funny and we sort of expected some funny/ not-possible-to-happen-stuns-for-normal-humans. But as the show went on, it started getting sad. Especially the part when Hancock explained how no one "claimed" him from the hospital. Upon hearing the story, the guy's wife in the movie, Mary, had tears in her eyes. We could all guess that they had something going on before. And it turned out that she was one of his kind too. Mary had superpowers just like Hancock. It was suppose to be a comedy movie, it still is, but then I cried during the movie!
I guess this movie is about a typical superhero, saving people from villians only to stumble upon their past. But it wasn't the usual fairytale ending. Mary (the girl with superpowers) didn't end up with Hancock. But at the end of the movie, Hancock turned over a new leaf.

'Hancock' yea i always wanna to watch the film. from the trailer lots actions and incredible effects. My kinda movie. However my sis said that the media influence on kids these days cannot be underestimated and she will not allow her kids to watch such film and superman; she doesnt want them to fly out of the window.
cool. sounds really interesting. from the looks of it, i thought it was supposed to be more of an action/thriller kind of movie. turns out it's a comedy? haha.
i think i should go and watch it sometime real soon. ;D
